Un centre commercial sophistiqué au Siam
Siam Discovery est un centre commercial sophistiqué de sept étages situé dans le quartier de Siam à Bangkok, à quelques pas de Siam Paragon et de Siam Centre. C'est un endroit très agréable à parcourir grâce à son design unique, unique en son genre à Bangkok. L'intérieur et l'extérieur ont été conçus par l'entreprise japonaise Nendo, créant ainsi une architecture esthétiquement agréable. Chaque étage a son propre thème, appelé « laboratoires » selon Siam Discovery.
Siam Découverte : Rez-de-chaussée
Le rez-de-chaussée s'appelle Her Lab. Vous constaterez que cet étage abrite des marques de créateurs de taille moyenne à haut de gamme pour la mode féminine. Le sol est séparé en 2 sections. La première section est celle des grands magasins. Ces grands magasins sont des marques de créateurs internationales haut de gamme comme Issey Miyake, Alexander Wang et Paul Smith.
The other section is an open area that has many shops altogether. This area includes brands that are quite popular among young adults, like Mardi and Marimekko. These shops are on the smaller side, and prices are much lower compared to the high-end brands.
Siam Découverte : Étage M
This floor is called His Lab. You will find a collection of men’s clothing brands on this floor. Similar to the ground floor. The floor is separated into big shops and an open section where bigger shops are high-end designers like Club 21, which is a store that has a wide variety of high-street fashion brands.
La section ouverte comprend également un large éventail de sélections de vêtements. Les types de vêtements que vous pouvez trouver sont des vêtements de style gentleman où les vêtements semblent de meilleure qualité.
Siam Découverte : 1er étage
This floor is called the Street Lab. This is the floor for people who are into fashion, as there is a huge variety of options on this floor. Famous brands on this floor include Madmatter, Adidas and Lacoste.
La section centrale de cet étage s'appelle les Street Labs 1 et 2. Cette zone propose un grand choix de vêtements comme du streetwear, des chaussures, des vêtements de sport et des vêtements d'extérieur.
Siam Découverte : 2e étage
The 2nd floor is called the Digital Lab. There are many shops on this floor, like Starbucks and Muji; however, the main attraction of this floor is the digital lab. This is where they sell all types of gadgets, from cameras, headphones, speakers, etc.
This floor also has a zone for gaming. This is perfect for kids as they would be able to try some new games. Also, there is a big Xiaomi shop on this floor. Xiaomi is known for its high-tech home equipment, and these shops have a wide range of products.
Siam Découverte : 3ème étage
Cet étage s'appelle le Creative Lab. L'étage compte de nombreux cafés comme le Café Amazon et Phufa. Il existe également Ecotopia, un magasin qui vend des produits destinés aux personnes soucieuses de préserver l'environnement.
Siam Découverte : 4ème étage
The 4th floor is the play lab. This is perfect for teenagers and young adults, as there is Legend Heroes, which is a sports simulation game. There are a bunch of sports such as Baseball, Football, Basketball, Archery, etc. It is 250 baht for 1 hour, which is more than enough time to try all of the sports games available.
Siam Découverte : 5ème étage
Lastly, the 5th Floor is the Retail Innovation Lab. There are only 2 things on this floor, one being Virgin Active, which is a fitness club, and the other being Madame Tussaud’s, which is a showcase of wax models sculpted into celebrities.
Comment se rendre à Siam Découverte
You can take the BTS and stop at BTS Siam station, and then exit the station on the side with Siam Paragon and Siam Centre. Another way to get here is by Khlong Saen Saep boat and get off at Hua Chang (Siam Square Pier).
